A voluntary, Board of Directors is elected on a rotating 3 year cycle and consists of the Advisor, the President, the Vice-President, the Treasurer and the Secretary. They must be property owners of the community and meet frequently as needed in order to address all of the issues of maintenance and management. The Association is governed by three layers of documents, the Declaration, the ByLaws and the Rules and Regulations. From time to time, these are updated, but they are all in accordance with the Wisconsin State Condo Laws. If you want a copy of the By-Laws, feel free to contact the Association.
